one thing i have observed about people coming to US through witch companies, they are mostly not confident about finding a job locally and move out of their cocoon, due to severe attachment to their ghetto styled office and residence, they typically cram in the same apartment complexes even paying higher rents

they realize their mistake of staying with their company in 5th or 6th yr if they don't get to file EB1

they physically live in US while mentally live in India
