ఏపీ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించిన రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల కమిషనర్‌

అమరావతి: రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల కమిషనర్‌(ఎస్‌ఈసీ) నిమ్మగడ్డ రమేశ్‌కుమార్‌ మరోసారి హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించారు. ఎన్నికల సంఘం నిర్వహణకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి నిధులు రాక ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నట్లు ఆయన పిటిషన్‌లో పేర్కొన్నారు. ఎస్‌ఈసీ వ్యవహారంలో ప్రభుత్వ వైఖరిని గమనిస్తున్నామని ఈ సందర్భంగా న్యాయమూర్తి వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ఏదైనా అవసరం ఉంటే ఎస్‌ఈసీ తమను సంప్రదించాలని ప్రభుత్వం తరఫు న్యాయవాది సూచించగా.. తాము గమనిస్తే తప్పేంటని హైకోర్టు ప్రశ్నించింది. ప్రభుత్వ వైఖరితో ఎస్‌ఈసీ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించాల్సి రావడం బాధాకరమని ఈ సందర్భంగా న్యాయమూర్తి అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. ప్రభుత్వం చెబుతున్న ఇబ్బందులపై సవివరమైన అఫిడవిట్‌ దాఖలు చేయాలని రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘాన్ని ఉన్నత న్యాయస్థానం ఆదేశించింది. ఎస్‌ఈసీ తరఫున సీతారామమూర్తి, అశ్వినీకుమార్‌ వాదనలు వినిపించారు. మరోవైపు ఈ వ్యవహారంలో నిమ్మగడ్డ హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్‌ దాఖలు చేసిన వెంటనే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రూ.39లక్షల నిధులు విడుదల చేయడం గమనార్హం.

we are doing health related work on behalf of Gov. We pay first and then Gov pays back later. That later never comes la undi. Lot of interest pay cheyyalsi vastundhi to keep up the workers and equipment.

I know a company which supplied silage (corn / maize grass) to the state government for four years 2015-2019 and have pending bills to the tune of 15 crores . 

Local YCP MLA/Minister kooda bill ivvamami requesting but paatha contractors ni antha block lo pettaru . They are putting house for sale to pay debt . 

Funny thing the owner is a reddy . 

 60 k crores bills pending from last government / I don't think this government will clear most of the older bills .

New works andhuke stopped. Gov change aithe bokka tappa emi ledu. This is Gov related work. Not taking anymore projects in AP.
