Very dangerous and you cannot fix that back to normal once you are hit.Ā First get a good desk - if budget is a constraint get normal desk and a good chair. Buy a monitor, keyboard, mouse etc. like a full office setup. I know so many friends who cheap out on that stuff but are willing to feel the pain and pay the chiropractor for fixes.
