Telugoduni Posted October 22, 2020 Report Share Posted October 22, 2020 i too had the same problem bro...... consulted one of my neurologist friend...... his advice was while we are sitting or getting up from the chair, we put pressure on the arm rest. as a result the muscles at the neck get stressed up, thats why we get pain. i followed his advise and it worked for me. now i hardly get any neck pain. its difficult intially but it works bro......
