this time my friend told me to order goat legs so we have less boans more meat but shop vadi condition full legs tesukovali anta, 

ademo 8 lbs vundhi, shared with friend workedout. 

Tip: take non-veg friend when going to mutton shop. 

leg 8 lbs undha...max 5-6 kante ekkuva sudale nenekkada..goat or lamb i dont see much diff....i generally get lamb..mixed teeskunte motham rib part from leftover chops e untadi ekuva....so go for leg only..loudalo  Bay Area la goat 13.99, lamb 11.99 ..in lamb more fat is left before they weigh it so ..e raayi aina okate..

dont prefer lamb, its fatty  and lamb fat stinks and is unappealing to me 

australian lamb chala stores lo dorkuthadhi le

Costco lo manchi Meat..6.99$/lb..

bokkal + Mukkal rendu untai....

good size bits too....and best for Biryani ani @Anta Assamey ..

unless there is a get together or party....i prefer buying at Costco..

party or gathering unte... only Back Leg preferred.... and that too between 4-5lbs...

5lbs datindi ante...meat will be very tough....so baby goat back leg.

India lo eppudu Goat konanike poleda..dawat chesetappudu...

i miss those days...poddune 4 ki lechi...Jiyaguda mutton market ki poi...rendu yata lanu kosi teskostunde...vachesariki 10 ayyedi...

Australian Sheep.   Biryani ki perfect untadi mukka texture and size.

Pre cut in to cubes but not available at all costcos and only designated business costcos carry them, maa Indian restaraunt ante ede bapati, my friend who owns a restaurant told me about this
