Oci printing today..application received on nov 11. Almost a month ..not a bad timeline.

This VFS company is stupid as .

I sent an extra return label from FedEx for the passport return as per this thread suggestion.

Now, VFS is saying they won't accept FedEx return label, they say that they want UPS return label.

They put my application in hold, because of this.

1.) Firstly, if they want a third label, they should put this in their shipping price and should provide us with the third label.

2.) If they want us to purchase the third label ourselves, they should provide clear instructions, which company label they want.

3.) Why do they care, if it is FedEx or UPS? They just need to use it right? Actually they are providing us the first 2 labels through FedEX only.

What kind of circus are they running?

Any one has this kind of experience with VFS?

Any one received the OCI so far?

Is it ok? if I send the UPS return label through email to them? or need to mail them?

UPS kaavaaalante send it off bro...  May be vaaaalaki UPS tho deal undhemo... mana avsaaraamu kadha.. so all holes close ani keep calm anthe... review lo tear drawers and write online.. If twitter account unte once OCI received tweet them tag embassy and PMO too.. so many will support you...

Timeline ends when you actually recieve the card, if it's nyc then little longer than others.

just got a response from VFS.  They are considering 5 to 6 weeks for new OCI from the date they send to consulate. 

i am still waiting too.   Houston

Here oci approved bro .. it is just they have to ship .. been 2 weeks waiting .. wtf

Yeah people have their oci sent to nyc from dec 8th and still they don't ship it, they are delaying the shipping back.

snip it and paste into a word doc ..and save that word doc as PDF..
