anybody prediabetic in this DB? How did you get it reversed?

Yes, you are right, 1 or 2 cups  rice doesn’t make any difference but kumbalu kumbalu tinte it is not good

Exercise daily and avoid sugars as much as possible. Low glycemic foods like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries are good. 

 

US lo jamakayalu dorkuthunayi in patel brothers. Avi techi tinu. they are really good for diabetes.

if your parents have a history of diabetic, you cannot escape from it, by doing regular exercise and good diet you can only delay the diabtetes until 50 or 60.

Sugar, jaggery, honey, grains even wheat....avoid as much as possible. Exercise and cicardian rhythm are also important.
