anybody prediabetic in this DB? How did you get it reversed?

Anything above 100 prediabetic ani vastadi, that means if you don’t excercise or control your sweet cravings you will end with diabetes in 10 years ani parmardhamu.

pre-diabetic is reverisble with excercise, and eat low glycemic foods. a warning sign and nothing to worry

Fasting sugar test/reading is a scam, avoid getting fasting sugar check and getting panic for no reason

 

 

 

 

Appointment ki 2 bananas tini poyna.. within 1.5 hrs lo test chesaru .. it came 126..
Hemoglobin test said 6.3 ...

So worried... yes I was not eating properly last 5-6 months.. work pressure other issues... 

but need some good tips to control or possibly go to normal range .. inkoka test 6 months lo chesko annadu PMP

video lo cheppina things are very easy things.  like avoiding cellphone/laptop/tv watching post 6 Pm laantivi, kaani cheyadam kashtam. . .evvaru oka 1 week kuda cheyaleru in today's world. So reversing kaadu kada, control kuda kashtame, bitter truth

Konni foods like nee blood sugar ni ventene penchutayi.

google low glycemic foods - quinoa, ragulu, barley, brown rice, vegetables etc

also should avoid processed food

say for example Idly has more glycemic index than Rice but still we eat ani antunna @Ellen
