anybody prediabetic in this DB? How did you get it reversed?

Kakarakaya juice, no rice at all. Ate curries more and chapati ( only one for lunch and one for dinner) . Also less carbs unna curries. Like cabbage enta tinna em kadu. Glycemic index chusukoni eat .  More than anything daily workout . I had a personal trainer.  

Pre-diabetic is lite. Make life style changes more than anythign and make workout part of ur life.  Control and checkout what u r eating. 3 months lo ni hba1c normal range lo untundi.  Diet and workout are main things.  Dont work out for weight loss start to workout for health and it should be all ur life. Kashtame  nenu kuda ippudu covid lo workout cheyatledu bhayamestondi but we should.

To be frank Mana south indian food is not good for health Mana rice items tho most of the people diabetic patients avutunnaru

Moderate ga tinali. Ade pani ga bellam mukka perugu lo nanchukunte potaru. Eppudo pandagaki okasari bobbattu tinte it is fine ani antunna. Honey is also fine like a sweetner in tea once in a while.

regular ga nenu vegetable smoothie (spinach,kale lantivi)  tagutunta shift to kakarakaya juice aithe better emo inka

Vammo kakarakaya juice. Its horrible but konni manchi tasty fruits esukunte ok emo. Nenu ayite filter chesi tea strainer to direct tongue touch avvakunda gonthu lo posukoni tagedanini. Its hard to drink kakarakaya juice. 

Menthulu night water lo nanapetti next morning after brushing tinte kuda manchidi. My mom is diabetic and she eats every morning.

ala em lede I never used to like kakarakaya in childhood but later I found kakarakaya tomato curry, fry, pulusu all good for me. so I think I can manage.

So aa HBa1c number taggisthey control lo pettinatta still diabetic medication lo untara? Actual ga ela  undi mee life .. you said yours was some 10 plus right? So if you fall below 5 that means you reversed it or you still considered diabetic  but controlled ??
