after lot of research and back n forth yesterday went with yoga 7i 14 inch 

I7 11th gen, 16gb ram 512 ssd

949 but 15% cashback from rakuten undi hopefully it gets processed. Also used PayPal/chase freedom for 5% cashback. Overall felt OK as I am getting latest Evo architecture i7 and 16 gb ram
