Seems OK for normal day to day usage...

As far as you can avoid Intel processors go for AMD Ryzen Processors for better performance..

Just keep in mind that AMD processors tend to run hotter than their Intel counterparts, so you'll need to consider either a supplementary fan or liquid cooling system for your new CPU..For gaming it's faster and good

Nayana I have been using AMD products from athlon days , they fell way behind intel after athlon years .

Intel had no competition , so they stagnated after 2015 , releasing products on the same 14nm node

After 2017 AMD started to turn it around with zen 1 which were still slower than intel but costed less .

Zen 2 processors had massive performance gains while consuming the same power and on 7 nm node .

In 2020 zen3 got launched with a massive 50% lead over latest intel in productivity tasks while consuming less than half the power .

amd-ryzen-4800U-performance-vs-intel-960

Look at how latest AMD ultrabook processor destroys intel while consuming less than half the power . 90% more multi threaded performance at 20w TDP while intel consumes 60+w.

Incase you don't know more power = more heat

2016 price 1.83$ ,  zen 1 development started .

2020 - 85$ , zen 3 launched , zen 4 in development .

This exponential growth wouldn't have happened if their products are slow and hot like old days .
