When she had no genuine plans of marrying him, leaving him for H1B visa...why should she unnecessarily develop acquaintance/relationship with Pranay's parents and rest of family. 

Forget about that...If anyone in her place really had genuine intention of marrying him and in case of any issues then that person would definitely talk to his parents to resolve the issue. But she did not because she is not genuine.

In his emails he mentioned that akhila introduced him to her friends or family ..pranay insisted her to do so , she did ..this clearly shows pranay is in rush and not sure why he moved in jet speed about this girl ..

If she was not comfortable she should have said NO. she introduced because either she was comfortable or she was trying to use him until she gets H1B visa or both.
