You need to stop using GMO tag for slective breeding .

Slective breeding is completely natural , just accelerated .

GMO means taking the genes of another species and putting inside plants to produce a unique trait that is not natural to the plant variety .   India lo very small group of commercial crops have GMO varieties .

GMO rice would not be allowed in india for a long time , it is  extremely controversial

gee USA desi stores lo diabetic low glycemic rice bags ammutharu, are they any good?

There are tons of low glycemic rice varieties , check if it's RNR 15048 .

you can send an email to the company to know the variety of its not written .

Also the low glycemic index is just a marketing thing , it only helps just a little bit . The real reason I recommend it is its immune to a vast variety of pests and hence very low to no pesticide usage

Urea is cheap and easy .  260 kg per bag

Manure costs us 800 per truck + 500 for labor + tractor costs .

Green manure takes atleast two months to grow leafs and fifteen more days to rot inside the fields and release nutrients .  Although the cost is low , time is a big constraint for farmers who take on lease .

Most of the indian farmers are small / marginal farmers who cannot afford manure simply due to cost . This is all done by design , Indian governments wants farmers to be small and weak and depend on handouts for season to season .

Sadhguru guy has no practical knowledge about agriculture in india , it's just economically infeasible to do it the right way , otherwise most of the farmers will use cow dung over urea .

He reads one article and explains and all his educated devotees spreads it without fact checking

You don’t get polished rice (devoid of any nutrients) from Thailand.. you get long grain rice and jasmin rice in Thailand... sona masoori and basmati rice are highly polished for the color, appearance and taste.. our earlier generations used to eat raw rice..
