yes, H4 EAD not eligible for receipt work.

GC-EAD,,first one should be approved with I140.

hold on and continue with H1 and current employer and wait for approval.

There is no logical answer. I read few people got EAD the following week after biometrics, some after 45 days and some still waiting since Feb 2021 after Biometrics. Only magics.

Not all Nebraska petitions are being processed with same way. My other friend with Nebraska still waiting for EAD, he also gave Biometrics in March. His PD is Jul 2010 and his PD is current with this months bulletin.
