yes, after 2017 it is depend on officer .But before 2017 people, they dont have to as this rule is introduced in 2017

Bro duplicates atleast 25% unna no surprise. Because most cases both wife and husband has i140s

 

second thing most of them kids are born here so it’s just 2 per family.
