eb2 or eb3 does not matter. what matters is if it will go to msc

Lin my frnd got gc. Mid 2012. Other frnd file touched in last week but his 140 is pending. Lin lo parleddu downgrades  kontamandiki came

EB2 cheppalem but EB3 is clogged with downgrades it may not move much this year

 eb3 won't get vertical spill over and majority of ROW applicants are eb3, so no horizontal spill over either. Anduke eb3 kashtam move avvatam. 

Even eb2 will move only if they process by priority date. If they still process by received date , they will end up wasting time preadjuciating all 2012-2015 cases and push them into regression queue. And 2009,  2010, 2011 cases will still remain in backlog and dates won't move at all. 

Next year spill over kooda vundadu to move dates further. I feel they won't bother to go into this much details because it is lot of work since its all paper based applications and will just end up wasting all the time preadjuciating non current ones. And majority of this backlog is at LIN and SRC which are hardly moving.
