Both pending 485 process cheyali. New 485 will be attached to pending 485. Telegram vuncles also told couple of their frnds  ended up like that. No direct case confirmation though

Don't think so if I am correct( not 100 % ) because 140 unte we are out of quota anukunta but going out complexity of stamping answering why immigration status to not immigration status complex

According to my attorney YES, she said we can withdraw the current application EB-3 and can file in EB-2

Na scenario PD: 08/2012 downgraded last year, SRC just bio done, I-140 not accepted twice for premium, so I-140 approve avvaledhu, no EAD or AP approved. But my PD is current in filing chart in EB-2 so planning to apply EB-2 again but the question is if my application again lands in SRC nenu malli same queue 1 year late entry avuthundhi so it is your call to take these chances
