U mean 140 ?? If new perm is required (consideration current rules) it will take 14 months , if perm was already certified for eb2 it should be fast

i got my 3 year h1 extension after i got my ead/ap card. so i think we are good with h1 extensions

I got 1 year bro 🙄 it seems when I filed my h1 my final action date was current so adi problem ayindi
