I travelled on AP but still I refiled. It’s perfectly fine to travel on AP. It’s just travel document and it does not relate to a specific underlying I140 category.

File the I-140 in EB-2 as a NEW Application or File the I-140 in EB-2 as an AMENDED application

My scenario --- Got EAD through Eb2 - Eb3 downgrade now FAD is current in eb2. 

 

Lawyer suggestions EB-2 as an AMENDED application.. pros and cons chepukondi
