yeah because ppl are frustrated and they are sending multiple interfile medicals and letters 

this is unnecessarily confusing USCIS and disturbing normal processing queue

I read one update from telegram group, that his state senator follow up helped him to get the GC. as his 485 files are spread across multiple service centers.

on top of that so many ombudsman requests also...
