Yesterday when I asked EMMA whether my background checks are done, she said its still pending and application didn't move to a FO.

Different agents have different levels of access to internal systems.there are agents you can access your file and can update if our case is assigned to officer or not.So it all depends on agent whom we are speaking with ,so don’t panic
