While renewing ead and ap… if i94 is expired, will that be a problem?

 

Recently entered to USA on ap… and i94 expiring in Jan 2024..

 

ead is expiring in Oct 2024…

 

while applying for renewal, will expired i94 cause any issue?

If entered on AP, expiry date on i94 is irrelevant. The 1 year thy give you is just a placeholder. As long as 485 is pending, i94 doesn't matter. Just provide a copy of latest i94...just to show proof of legal entry.

Approve avvali antey first current undali, oka Vela by mistake chesina , no use , you will have to revoke.

@csrcsr uncles wife is on h1. Went to india and and coming next week using ead. Ead js expiring in april 2024. What are things to do after she enters on ead?
