depends. if officer already looked at your file and assigned visa but issued an RFE or waiting for FBI clearance etc, you will get GC after everything is cleared. asla file ne chudakapote then A S S A M

at what point he will assign a visa number bro ?? can he assign and issue a medical rfe or for sure he needs medicals to allocate a number, this part is always confusing @bayarea
