Bro read some where it won't work that way. They issue rfe based on available visa, if not responded or utilized with in FY, applicant has to wait again until visa available.

Recently asked 2007 PD guy got GC who waited close to one 7-8 months, he got rfe end of one FY and got GC in next FY, that time dates retrogressed, Anduke Sept 30 is key for 2021 spillover..if not used waiting people will eat up next year SO..u know better than me..just shared what I heard again I may be wrong..

i heard that they send completed applications to benefits center and that is where visa allocation happens.  i might be wrong. lets see

+1 . I heard the same.

if people don't respond to RFE within that year end , then it is waste of that visa number ani. 

Don't know about now,but few years back manollu RFEs ki last day respond ayye vallu to reduce the chances of rejection. If fiscal year changes during That time then That used to cause many visa numbers wastage ani sadiva ekkado.

Yeah. They won't bother about EB. On top of it premium requests for downgrades, expedite requests, SRs, Emma chats. Mostly this year is gone if this trend remains.

So SRC lo more EB pending applications file ayyaya compared to LIN and NBC ? Aa stats ekkada ina vunnaya.
