Malli okasari matladi 140+485 concurrent file chesthanu ante.. I am also thinking like you, file first and I will join later ani.

So ee November ki chance ledu. Also na Pd july 2015 kada, ee oct nov ki current aye chance undani thinking. So anni chesthanu ante date current ayaka move audam ani thinking. Pls advise?

Yaa don't move until September 15 date current ani confirmation, that lawyer agrees everything is doable then move ne move aye varaki October 20 aala avutuadi meanwhile docs anni prepare chesukoni you can do concurrent filing

My PD July 2013, applied for I-140 EB2-EB3 downgrade in Oct in Texas service center, FP done apart from that no progress on I-140, Is it good to go for Premium now? My PD might become current next month but without I-140 no use

you can file `140 anytime bro , get the premium approved irresepctove of anything SRC lo normal avadu

even pd current auyina so far LIN SRC are not processing cases , adi different stort but to your point date current avuthe unless your 140 is approved your 485 will not be touched

Even we won't get EAD without I-140 approval kada so thinking of to go for Premium

EAD can be approved without 140 bro manda db lo kuda vachayi

but to use EAD , to have that confidence 140 has to be approved

140 is foundation for your entire 485 , get 140 apprived  stay 6 months after 485 filing
