If the amendment passes then the dates will retrogress but bill can’t apply with existing language because FY has already started and spill over is accounted so they may need to change that language.

Heard they are not considering this language and written new language. But immigration bills attach cheyyatam impossible like DACA or others. But same time eppudo H1 amendment edo pass chesaru anta reconciliation lo e amendments edaina add chestharemo but major bills no chance. Edi kuda 50-50. Ela chusina lite edi antha.
