- Filing date moved back why ? I consult USCIS, pending demand India/China was exceeding available

 

- projections you mentioned EB retrogresion of final action dates in November, would it be in months or years ? I cannot tell now, depends on legislation , number use etc. If at all, it will be one time retrogresion, and then move forward depending on. More inclined to retrogres earlier than later

 

- Why retrogression at all ? 290K EB available. But more applicants in EB3. After careful reviw of future demand also decided to do so

 

- Why did you changed your projections ? Recent discussion by USCIS, based on upcoming application approvals which is expected for ROW, has impact on India. Normal processing is expected in coming months overseas as well.

 

- why FB no progression expected ? FB & EB movements till date has generated enough demand.

 

- indian 10 years in US, 6 years with i140 approved, why Indians wait so long ? INA guidelines has 7% per country limit. prevents monopolizing by one country. but we maximize number use so some categories/countries get more than 7% hence they get a lot of benefit.

Ippude my status changed to RFE for 485. I guess its for medicals. Ee chary uncle and you yes see eye yes ki coordination leka janalatho adukuntunnaru. Medicals pampinchina my date will not become current anytime soon as the dates are going to retrogress.
