All EB2- EB3 cases are being worked up based on EB2 dates instead EB3 dates. I have seen several cases, once these cases are cleared, they will start processing downgrades.

Yeah bro. Too much thinking. If i have to do downgrade or not and if i had to, when to do it. And also do i need to include medicals as i have to get it and hold for the next bulletin.

@csrcsr bro oct 2013 eb2, do you recommend downgrade now that retrogression for eb3 starts as early as Nov even retrogresses 3 months my date will not be current and god knows how many days for eb3 to reach oct 2013 with all downgraded being taken into account
