anna trust me you will see good news but need patience, it may take 5 months easily specially early 2013 EB3 downgrades have much better chance. I can tell based on lot of data and cases this is what happening. 

 

All EB2- EB3 cases are being worked up based on EB2 dates instead EB3 dates. I have seen several cases, once these cases are cleared, they will start processing downgrades.
