na medical lab report lo DOB wrong padindi..Doctor iche sealed envelope lo I-693 tho paatu lab reports kuda pedataara? Can some please tell me what documents he puts in sealed envelope?

I 485 biometrics appointment receipt came after i140 approval. Is this expected from Texas center or do you think it’s quicker than normal. I have been seeing here that tsc is very slow in processing.

As far as I remember, yes. All the blood work reports, vaccination records anni pedutharu.

If u did not send it already, try to correct it. Lab reports meedha antha focus cheyyakapovachu. But never know

Mine is fragomen too and they respond promptly. May be depends on case by case but I agreee they are very slow in processing

Nope. Sealed envelope lo just I-693 untundi anthe. They will not include anything else. Civil Surgeon will verify your vaccination records and fill the appropriate information in Form 693. AFAIK

USCIS reached out to attorney saying, we know every detail about each applicants multiple 140 approvals. They even said, they don't need any interfile to go back to EB2 line. If anyone dates become current in EB2  they automatically take up the case.

Hi everyone,

Finally I recieved my card yesterday, but I noticed it was approved under wrong E36(EB3) category where as my I485 was filed under EB2and it should have been approved under E26

 

case timeline:

- 2010  I140  EB3(PD march 2010)

- 2015 I140 Upgraded to EB2

 

Rd : 10/ 28/2020 ( MSC series 21903*)

Bm : 5/ 7/ 2021

485j receipt: 8/5/2021

Ead/Ap:  7/22

I485:  9/9 approved

New GCCard recieved : 9/16

 

Does any one here have/had same issue?

Can experts here shed some light if this is an issue or how to get it resolved?
