friends.. my PD is Dec 2011 EB2. any hopes for this year to be current? also my employer is not willing to downgrade to eb3. Do you think it is good idea to switch to different employer as EB3 is moving ahead of EB2.

Your date will be current in October 2021 for filing. Even if you change employer, you wont be able to complete Prevailing Wage and PERM before October. So, I would say just wait.
