I hope they will fly..

but problem with these direct listing companies are...they dont get hot and are doomed by hedge fund investors because they will be loosing their cut because of direct listing.

yeap , but IPOs will be gone case in a decade , they seems very confident and not interested to pay huge fees to underwriters .....
