Bro can you check for TSLA please

thinking of entering today

TSLA is double bottom around $618 ...

Why $618 Support ? See the Huge Volume below with red arrow mark ... Huge volume means institutional buyers bought on that day ... so low of the candle of huge volume day will act as support

Looks like it is going to re-test 618 again ...if it break 618 , 600 is next support (100's and 50's are emotional support)

Buy around 618 and stop below 595 ($23 risk)

or

If it break 618 and buy around 601  and stop below 590 ($11 risk)

or

or wait for new daily high (waiting confirmation of reversal )

How much you want to risk in a trade is important with at least 1:2 reward risk ratio for swing trading

if your risk 100 for 200 profit and it trade don't work we take 100 loss so we will not be worried much about our trade

Investors, the Federal Reserve, and businesses continuously monitor and worry about the level of inflation.1 Inflation—the rise in the price of goods and services—reduces the purchasing power each unit of currency can buy. Rising inflation has an insidious effect: input prices are higher, consumers can purchase fewer goods, revenues, and profits decline, and the economy slows for a time until a measure of economic equilibrium is reached.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • Rising inflation has an insidious effect: input prices are higher, consumers can purchase fewer goods, revenues, and profits decline, and the economy slows for a time until a measure of economic equilibrium is reached.
  • Value stocks perform better in high inflation periods and growth stocks perform better during low inflation.
  • When inflation is on the upswing, income-oriented or high-dividend-paying stock prices generally decline.
  • Stocks overall do seem to be more volatile during highly inflationary periods.
