This is generalization . I dont agree with this. My parents both are govt employees and they lived a career with so much pressure for being sincere. Ma nanna ki inka pension benefits rale reward for being sincere.

Nope he was right should i tell him to be corrupt?  My mom was supportive of him inka who am i to tell. I am proud of my father though i totally feel all this stupid tension i am seeing since childhood isnt worth it.
