Reaching 2012 eb2/3 is very very optimistic..with all processing capacity moderate will be end of 2010 or 1 quarter 2011. If this happens we should be happy..

Filing dates will  open again oct 2021, they may move  but not crazily like 2020 oct. About demand they don't need any new demand for eb3..eb3 is ** up with downgrades..

With spillovers 2021 and 2022, max we can expect by end of 2011..

Happy to be proven wrong..Biden act not gonna make it..same drama continues..

They have enough demand data until 2015 right? Then won’t they move DOF beyond 2015 in FY2022. 
 

If biometrics and bgc are done by end of 2nd or 3rd quarter for all who applied in October and November  , then the SO from last quarter can be used to clear most of the approved i485 petitions. I don’t know if I am missing anything here.

@beerboy17 DOS hasn’t retrogressed DOF past Jan 14, it’s just that uscis has stopped accepting applications.

Yeah 

1.  Don't you think if uscis cannot process SO all in last quarter then DOF won't retrogress in Oct 2021?

2. Some on the forum was saying that for another 4-5 years they won't open filing dates ? Don't know if people are going by facts or just throwing something

The original poster corrected himself. He was thinking the SO will be only from Oct to Jan 20 2021. So he estimated only 60 to 70K. Now it is clear that unless a FB to EB SO ban rule passes, we are bound to get +120k SO next year too. Only by sheer volume of SO for 2 years, backlog till 2015 can be cleared (250K visas) for EB India. DOS would have to move the DOF but will cautiously move FAD in Oct 2021 since ROW will pickup the pace.
