1995-2005 madhyalo almost all states have modernized their electricity boards. Reform antha pedda word enduku le kani, APSEB ni Transco and Genco ga split chesinaru..

CBN inherited empty coffin, paisa dikku ledu...appu ichetodu phukat la iyadu kada, sava laksha conditions petti istadu kada...vaatine pulka batch reforms anukuntaru.

If we look at the United AP politics starting 1980s, if it was Congress in power the leaders were playing musical chairs for CM seat and with their frequent infighting it did not really look like they contributed anything significant to the state’s infrastructure or took measures that would mean something to the people.

NTR’s copy and paste socialist policies, patel patwari system ni geliki chesina penta ni chupichi edo ghanakaryam sadinchindu ane feeling tepichindu tappa overall ga chusthe I’m not sure what he did.

CBN time ochesariki the whole political dynamics of the country changed. So former AP CMs thoni compare chesi chusthe CBNs was significantly different.. and the changing times demanded the decisions CBN had to take.. daanivalla reforms chesindu ane feeling ochi undochu. whether it be infrastructure or IT development during his time. Fairer comparison would be AP under CBN vs Karnataka under SM Krishna, IMO
