Is hinduism getting complicated day by day?

It was always that way. what is a temple ? it is a brahmin shop like hair cutting shop is a mangalola shop. The mangalody actually cuts your hair and takes money. The baapan also takes your money and gives you some hope in some ritualistic mumbo jumbo no one understands because it is in sanskrit which the poojair himself barely knows. There was NEVER a religion in india in the sense something that gives moral guidance applied equally to all its followes.

guru parampara means you have no freedom to make your own thoughts or values but just an extension of your guru. Many hindus live like that way - no individuality nothing. Just biological extensions of their caste. They have eyes but dont really see, ears but not really hearing. simply take forward their prejudices.

hinduism and belief system are two different things......whether u follow so called/defined rituals is up to you...but believing in god is entirely different. Simple ga cheppalante mana IT world lo assalu main project work kante ekkuva time ee process, procedures, meetings, ceremonies etc etc meeda time waste chestham....Hinduism lo same thing is happening

I over came all those in recent yrs and now I dont do much pooja and other stuff weekly (like I used to do before out of fear and not bakthi). Now I only connect to Shiva in any way n format...and I can sense and feel his presence. This is all matters to me....spiritual connection to God is important

Not talking about how big it is, what it is.  The 1% we know is good enough to lead meaningful life. helps a lot in day to day life. Bhagawadgeeta is just enough to deal everything in the life.

not only hindhu religion...any religion has below things which deviates the purpose of the religion....

 

first thing is... people behave...like they are the only religion saviors with midi midi gnaanam....to defend their religion some behave violently...

 

second thing is zero tolerance...prathi panikimallina criticism ki react avvadam...okadu edo anagane mana religion ki emi aipodhu...unnecessary gaa react ayyi...aa criticism ni highlight cheyadam tappa...

 

third thing...eppudo poorva kaalam lo vunna konni kattubaatlani inkaa pattukuni velladadam....change avutunna society tho paatu religion (core philosophy) kooda change aithe..that religion can survive...

All the activities you mentioned are to nurture body similarly we need to nurture the soul. As we need teacher to become scientist, doctor, mechanic similarly we need a spiritual teacher who can teach us the purpose of life. There are many spiritually elevated sadhus or rishis but they are very reluctant to reveal their identity to general public and fear of contamination. They do not want to associate with materialistic people. It is difficult to identify and find them but once you find them they would help you to elevate from bodily conception of life. Anyways, I know you guys aren't interested in these topics lets leave it. Life is temporary and Human life is very rare to get, eventually everyone has to die but before that we should try to explore the purpose of life or perfection of life. You can practise spirituality along with your material ambitions.
