this is what I meant emotion...... lets say rent vs own is long discussion.... in short I am paying 2200 rent(period) and 2700+(housing expenses like lawn, mantainance etc etc) you will end up 2900 or 3000... ee 2700 laaa 800-1000 will be going to your premium rest all taxes interest etc etc.... only when you stay in the house more than 10+ years you will start paying more towards premium in your monthly payments..... so in rent your saving $800 up front
