Story is good enough for telugu OTT and the setup , casting is good. 

Director tried to give flash back or story for every character and that's where the problem is...

Some loopholes are answered later but that's too late. 

There is a line between keeping suspense vs irritating the audience... Example : many many characters enter and none of their phones work or some don't even carry a phone.
