Filing Dates are already retrogressed once, coming October EB will get 140k plus additional 60-70k visas as Spill Over that comes to around 200k-210k for EB.

Already people are getting EAD and in summer (Q3/Q4) expecting the speed to pickup. They might not be wasting a lot of visas i feel. 

Considering all these i don't think FD will retrogress and instead will move forward.

I-944 filing is gone, if they remove the mandatory interviews then it should speed up things also i feel

Looks like it. But immediate family relatives are exempt from the 226K quota. Since they are prioritizing them first it wouldn’t effect the SO. But we have to wait n watch.

Yes. They are also waiving interviews in some cases ani vinna. Don't know full details.
