How to read visa bulletin

For example, If FAD shows January 2020 in April 2021 visa bulletin. 

Lets say that's current for me. Does it mean I have until end of April 2021 to file for i485?

Your application should reach between april 1st to 30th. 

Mundhu poyina no use. Tharvtha poyina no use, especially If dates retrogress later.

Adhe if your pd dates advance ayithe mathram you will be fine even if it reaches later
