Ledu bro it's a type of Korean dish, rice kastha wok lo burn chestharu daani meeda meat/protein/veggies estharu. 

Burning Rice ani oka restaurant chain undi local to Dallas, they got the best bibimbap man. 

I miss that place some times esp when it rains it's my favorite food
