Very much likely to move DOF to Jan 2015 again. Beyond 2015 is also a possibility but that entirely depends on FAD movement this year.

100% vastadi bro by October be ready with birth certificates (in case they ate not there) nidi initial 2014 lo unte final vachina no surprise if what CO said is correct (too aggressive but a possibility for final) filing dates for sure October lo accept chestaru bro

Hoping for it, PD is in 2nd part of 2014 so not hoping for final dates to move...all I need is EAD to get done with stamping shiat every time

Good sign is USCIS is issuing RFE for medicals for people whose date is not current yet some of status , they are preadjudicating many applications following update from telgram group

 

Hi All, I received an update for 485 RFE, it believe it for Medical exam, May I know what will happen once I replied the RFE? Any time frame for each process? My pd is 9/2010

 

Received RFE status today on both mine and spouse I-485 after FP taken status on Mar/19. I-765 status still shows FP taken. Any idea why RFE could be on 485? Need inputs please.

Most of them did not filed medicals kada bro  when filing 485 kada

so currently it is m,ay 2010 for eb2 and september2010 for eb3, but people beyond those dates also getting RFE for 485 for medicals that means USCIS is doing preadjudication , so people will send tyhe medicals the moment they have the number they will allocate approval for GC , this shows they are diligent not to waste any numbers and clear as many as possible by oct

When we applied we filed based on Filing date , usually medicals expire in 1 year or 2 years (Subject to correction) people dont file unless final date is current

Its a good RFE in this case for medicals its called preadjdication, they are looking ahead as the time curnch so they are trying to clear as many numbers as possible by oct bro ani janala opinio lets see

It’s no brainer for 2014 and 2015 folks. They can happily use it.
