Vegitable Upma with palli chutney

Few dry fruits 

Another cup of tea.

6 badham ginjalu

2 glasses of sharbath ( pakka thread lo aa bisra and raven babai naam pe)

Thotakura,beerakai ,potlakai, anapakai koora thinu digestion ki good vitamin and lots of fiber

Oka danimma kaya

50 gms varaku dry fruits ( kaju + pista + kissmiss + sunflower seeds) 

Inga next quota 1 or 2 hours lo haleem tinali
