It's all the fault of people.

Govt did it's very best to make people aware of how much covid was around and the fight was "not" over. The messaging from Govt was "always" present, it's just that people failed to recognize and hear about the looming danger.

The govt never said that we won against covid, people foolishly thought it was over.
