4) naa childhood ni chustunna , telugu states okka govt hospital anna manchiga vunda ?  did you ever go there for treatment ?  Does govt doctors or teachers proper ga work chestara ?

Blame game will not help in anyway, move over the blame game and instead of looking at what went wrong, look at how to set things right.
