hair transplant is for ppl who are completely bald

it wont give head full of hair but will give some coverage so you look better in photos

toppik is black powder you can spray on hair. if balding early stage and hair is thin then this is best option as it will cover the spots but only until your next shampoo

It's you have bald patches or receded hair line you can go for hair transplant.

But hairloss is continuous process so no guarantee it will stay even after doing all those things.

Transplant chesindi Untundi but native hair thin avthundi because of DHT, anduke multiple hair transplants required based on the situation. Topical finasteride kuda use chestharu to furthur prevent hair loss , normal Fin tablet kante topical side effects takkuva annaru .
