First of all most most most important : Dont panic . I suffered covid last year itself and I know the pain

In India you have some support system.

Covid will drain your energy..contact a doctor..take all medication and relax..eat well and keep that FKNG phone and TV aside for a month

But what do you mean by not telling your mom? If you have tested positive you must isolate and let everyone know in your family - otherwise you are "endangering" everyone in your family. 

My Dad and my younger brother - both contracted Covid. Both self-isolated and followed doctor's advice and medicines strictly.

Once again please tell everyone in your family that you tested positive so that they interact with you with a lot of care and can help you recover.

I don't think any medicine will cure...you just have to wait for the virus to get weak and lose to the antibodies in your body...for me it too 1.5 weeks to get back to normal...taste and smell maathram oka 1 month pattindhi normal avvadaniki...
