atleast something passed in house and senate last year and that is lot of effort. lets see if they do a better job.

dont put hopes and dont give them money if you dont believe their words.

personally i trust them more than these immigration lawyers.

My PD date is Eb2 Oct 2014. Its been an year since I joined the new employer. GC process is not yet started with new employer . I am planning for job change by the end of this year for better pay and also looking for permenant remote jobs. what are my options considering the huge movement in the Gc backlog due to pandemic . Can you guys suggest ?

1) should I go back to previous employer and downgrade to EB3.

2) strat Gc process with new employer and file i140 in EB3 category

3) change the Employer and file Gc in eb2 category if I don’t need EAD card immediately.

Immigration is going to be thorny issue for 2022, with Biden’s open borders down south no one is going to favor immigration  bills. 2022 mostly gop will take control of house and it’ll be the end.
