Eanta perigite emundi bro.. living house ki.

oka sari konnaka evadu ammutadu...200k padi poina or 300k perigina no difference.

oak 10 years unnte around 300k rent save avutadi

smart people will sell it if they are getting 200k profit in 1-2 yrs in this market and buying later once prices come down.

except tx , nc, az i feel prices will fall in 2-3 yrs

Meanwhile 2 years they pay 60k in rent and for 600k home they have to pay 40k closing cost . Inka 200k profit ki tax 30k (15%) long term gains pay chesi.. 70k net profit kosam dream home ni ammukovatam avasarama.

dont bring rent..  buying a house in US is totally different then in india.

for rent there is no repair cost and also it gives peace of mind.

india lo market balekapotey atleast prices stagnant untadi, but US is not same.

easy ga 30% padochu okasari housing inventory and interest rate perigite which might take atleast 2+ years easy ga padutay.

And abt dream home.. from last 1yr people are  buying whatever they are getting in lottery or in their budget and adjust8ng i doubt its their dream home.

except tax we need to work on other costs.. example if you got gc take agent license it will save commission.

i bought house 2 months back.. they increased 100k now..  i feel these rates are exaggerated using low inventory and low interests.

Mari ee year or two if we rent we have to count that kada bro.

2006 lo 600k ki konna home, 2010 lo 300k eeyindi.. but as long as you live in that house today it costs 800k.

What I’m saying is if you need one house to live and if you could afford , it doesn’t matter when you buy.

Na pellam to konna illu 2 months lo ammuta aante super hurt avutadi.

na second house or investment purpose eeyte I don’t care.  Inka commission save cheyalanate, we have think like real estate broker.

inka moving aanta time and energy taking .more than money . I prefer
peace of mind .

 Everyone is different.
